With 17 years in flood risk management, Rana offers expertise in technical services, including hydraulic modelling, hydrological assessments, flood risk analysis, and developmental infrastructure. From concept and feasibility studies to planning and post-planning support, Rana contributes to diverse projects, including large mixed-use developments and town centre regeneration schemes. Understanding the challenges present in large-scale community developments, Rana is keen to enhance masterplans by integrating the Water element for improved long-term sustainability and attractiveness of these developments.

Alison is a champion of integration of water within new development, passionately advocating for acceptance of water as an asset, and striving to ensure new development is climate resilient. She has extensive experience in flood risk and water management (surface, foul and supply), green/blue infrastructure, climate analysis and resilience and hydraulic modelling; working on all elements of project delivery, from feasibility to construction, in both private and public sectors at strategic, regional and local scales.

Alan is a chartered civil engineer with over 40 years’ infrastructure, flood risk, hydrology plus foul & surface water drainage experience in the UK, middle and far east. Working for a UK Water Authority plus international multi-disciplinary consultancies where he has been a technical lead in drainage and flood risk design, delivering solutions for hundreds of residential, commercial and industrial development sites in all flood zones. Also experienced in drainage and flood protection for highways, nuclear facilities, ports and airports. He was Global SuDS Knowledge Leader at Halcrow plus assisted in drafting the National SuDS Standards and The SuDS Manual 2015. More recently undertaking lots of Nutrient Neutral designs – particularly around mitigating or absorbing phosphates from new housing. Alan has been a design review panel member in the Midlands and the Southwest for over 8 years.

As a Chartered Landscape Architect, Dimitrije’s strong interests lays in the concept design and creative side of the project that evokes the character of the site, whilst putting a great attention to the detail and the technical side of design work. He is eager to ensure projects work with a human scale, encouraging users to dwell in the external spaces – combining taste and functionality to create distinctive landscapes.

Andrea is a chartered associate sat within the Water Resources Team at PJA. She has over 20 years of successfully delivering complex projects across a wide range of Water Sector disciplines, including Water Resource Management, Sewerage Improvement Schemes, Flood Risk, SuDS Design and River Restoration. A technical specialist in flood risk, river restoration, drainage strategies including wastewater modelling, SuDS design, EIA and water management. Andrea is highly experienced at working with and for regulatory bodies, where her role with each of these authorities has varied significantly, ranging from flood risk and water management advice to delivering strategic plans and schemes. Collaborating with these various authorities and regulators has provided me with an extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the water industry, enabling me to provide responsive, pragmatic advice on a range of multidisciplinary projects across England and Wales.

Alex is a landscape architect at LDA Design specialising in the delivery of large scale masterplanning, design and implementation projects. Much of his recent work has been within the energy sector, working on complex and high-profile projects for new nuclear, tidal, wind and solar schemes. He is a strong advocate of good design and the need for collaborative working between co-consultants and stakeholders to unlock the best possible outcomes for projects, people and the planet.
